Vulcan HEG60E 60" Electric Griddle, Thermostatic Controls, 3/4" Steel Plate, 208V 3-Phase

The Vulcan 60" Electric Griddle is a countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need a wide, thermostatically controlled cooking surface. It suits restaurants, diners, and food service operations that prepare pancakes, eggs, burgers, and other griddle items in volume.

The cooking surface measures 60 inches wide by 24 inches deep, giving cooks a broad area for batch cooking. Five heating zones and five controls let staff set different temperatures across the plate, while the thermostatic control maintains a range from 200°F to 450°F. The 0.75-inch steel plate holds heat evenly, and two solid sheathed tubular Incoloy heating elements power the unit at 27 kilowatts.

This griddle runs on 208 volts, 50/60 hertz, 3 phase power and draws 45 amps. It requires two separate electrical connections and services. The stainless steel body and silver finish resist daily wear, and the stainless steel 4-inch back splash with tapered side splashes helps contain grease. Adjustable 4-inch legs keep the unit stable on uneven floors. The griddle ships at 535 pounds and is CSA Listed, CAS US Listed, and NSF Listed. It includes a one Year Limited Parts and Labor Warranty by the manufacturer.
