Vulcan HEG48E 48" Electric Griddle, Thermostatic Controls, 1/2" Steel Plate, 240V 3-Phase

The Vulcan 48" Electric Griddle is a countertop commercial griddle built for restaurant and commercial kitchen use. Its 48 inch by 24 inch steel cooking surface gives the chef room to work across four separate heating zones, so different foods can cook at the same time without moving between units.

Four thermostatic controls manage the four heating zones, with a temperature range of 200°F to 450°F and a maximum temperature of 450 fahrenheit. Two solid sheathed tubular Incoloy heating elements drive the 21.6 kilowatt electric system, which draws 58.5 amperes at 240 volt, 3 phase, 50/60 hertz power. The 0.5 inch steel plate holds heat across the surface, and the 1.5 gallon capacity supports continuous short-order cooking.

The stainless steel body and silver finish suit a front-of-house or back-of-house line, while the stainless steel 4 inch back splash and tapered side splashes contain grease and debris. Adjustable 4 inch legs let staff level the unit on uneven floors. The griddle measures 48 inches wide, 31.5 inches deep, and 15.3 inches high, and ships at 400 pounds. It is CSA Listed, CAS US Listed, and NSF Listed, and it is made in the United States.

It includes a one Year Limited Parts and Labor Warranty by the manufacturer.
