Vulcan HEG36E 36" Electric Griddle, Thermostatic Controls, 1/2" Steel Plate, 240V 1-Phase

The Vulcan 36 inch Electric Griddle is a countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need consistent griddle performance across a wide cooking surface. With a 36 inch wide by 24 inch deep cooking surface, it suits restaurants, diners, and food service operations that prepare eggs, pancakes, burgers, and other griddle items in volume.

Three heating zones and three thermostatic controls let the chef run different temperature settings across the plate at the same time. The temperature range runs from 200°F to 450°F, and the 0.5 inch steel plate holds heat for even cooking. Two solid sheathed tubular Incoloy heating elements power the unit at 240 volts, 16.2 kilowatts, 67.5 amps, single phase, 50/60 hertz.

The stainless steel body and steel cooking surface are built for daily food handling in a commercial kitchen. A 4 inch stainless steel back splash and tapered side splashes help contain grease and debris, while the 1.5 gallon capacity supports grease management during service. Adjustable 4 inch legs let staff level the griddle on uneven countertops.

The unit measures 36 inches wide, 31.5 inches deep, and 15.3 inches high, and ships at 310 pounds. It is CSA Listed, CAS US Listed, and NSF Listed. It includes a one Year Limited Parts and Labor Warranty by the manufacturer.
