Vulcan HEG24E 24" Electric Griddle, Thermostatic Controls, 1/2" Steel Plate, 208V 3-Phase

The Vulcan 24 inch Electric Griddle is a countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need a compact, thermostatically controlled cooking surface. It is suited to restaurants, cafes, diners, and other food service operations where griddle space is limited but consistent heat matters.

The cooking surface measures 24 inches wide by 24 inches deep, giving a square work area for eggs, pancakes, burgers, and other griddle items. The 0.5 inch steel plate holds heat across two separate heating zones, each managed by its own thermostatic control. Two solid sheathed tubular Incoloy heating elements provide the heat, and the temperature range runs from 200°F to 450°F.

The stainless steel body and splash guards include a 4 inch back splash and tapered side splashes to help contain grease and debris. The unit stands on four adjustable 4 inch legs, so it can be leveled on uneven countertops. It operates on 208 volts, 3 phase power at 50/60 Hz, drawing 45 amps and producing 10.8 kilowatts. The griddle is CSA Listed, CAS US Listed, and NSF Listed. It includes a one Year Limited Parts and Labor Warranty by the manufacturer.

With a product width of 24 inches, depth of 31.5 inches, and height of 15.3 inches, the griddle fits on a standard countertop line. The 1.5 gallon capacity and 230 pound shipping weight reflect its stainless steel and steel plate construction. This unit is made in the United States.
