The Vulcan 72" Electric Griddle is a countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need a wide, thermostatically controlled cooking surface. With a 72 inch cooking surface width and 24 inch depth, it gives restaurant and foodservice operators a large area for batch cooking, breakfast service, and high-volume griddle work.

Six heating zones and six controls let the chef set different temperatures across the plate at the same time. The thermostatic control system holds temperatures from 200°F to 450°F, and the 0.75 inch steel plate supports steady heat transfer. Two solid sheathed tubular Incoloy heating elements power the cooking surface.

The stainless steel body and steel plate are finished in silver, with a stainless steel 4 inch back splash and tapered side splashes to contain grease and debris. Adjustable 4 inch legs keep the unit level on the counter. The griddle requires two separate electrical connections and services, operating on 208 volts, 1 phase, 50/60 Hz, and 77.9 amps, with a wattage of 32.4 kilowatts.
