Vulcan HEG60E 60" Electric Griddle, Thermostatic Controls, 3/4" Steel Plate, 240V 1-Phase

The Vulcan 60" Electric Griddle is a countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need a wide, thermostatically controlled cooking surface. With a 60 inch by 24 inch steel plate and five heating zones, it supports restaurant line cooking, diner service, and food handling tasks that call for consistent griddle temperatures across a broad area.

Five thermostatic controls manage the five heating zones, with a temperature range of 200°F to 450°F and a maximum temperature of 450 fahrenheit. The 0.75 inch steel plate is heated by two solid sheathed tubular Incoloy heating elements, and the unit runs on 240 volt electric power at 27 kilowatt, 67.5 ampere, 1 phase, 50/60 hertz. Two separate electrical connections and services are required for installation.

The stainless steel body and silver finish pair with a stainless steel 4 inch back splash and tapered side splashes to contain grease and debris. Adjustable 4 inch legs allow the griddle to sit level on a countertop, and the unit measures 60 inches wide, 31.5 inches deep, and 15.3 inches high. It is CSA Listed, CAS US Listed, and NSF Listed, and it ships at 535 pound as a 1/each selling unit.

This commercial electric griddle is made in the United States. It includes a one Year Limited Parts and Labor Warranty by the manufacturer.
