The Vulcan 60" Electric Griddle is a countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need a wide, thermostatically controlled cooking surface. Five thermostatic controls manage the five heating zones across a temperature range of 200°F to 450°F, with a maximum temperature of 450°F. Two solid sheathed tubular Incoloy heating elements distribute heat across the 0.75 inch thick steel plate. The stainless steel body and silver finish support routine cleaning in a commercial kitchen. A stainless steel 4 inch back splash and tapered side splashes contain grease and debris during cooking.
