The Vulcan 48" Electric Griddle is a countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need consistent griddle performance across a wide cooking surface. It suits restaurants, diners, cafes, and other food service operations where a chef works with eggs, pancakes, burgers, and similar items throughout service.

The cooking surface measures 48 inches wide by 24 inches deep, giving the chef room to work multiple orders at once. The 0.5 inch steel plate holds heat evenly, and two solid sheathed tubular Incoloy heating elements feed the surface. Four heating zones and four thermostatic controls let the operator set different areas of the griddle to different temperatures, with a range of 200°F to 450°F.

The griddle runs on 208 volts, 3 phase power at 50/60 hertz, drawing 67.4 amps and 21.6 kilowatts. It stands on four adjustable 4 inch legs, and the stainless steel body has a silver finish. A 4 inch stainless steel back splash and tapered side splashes help contain grease and debris during cooking. The unit ships at 400 pounds and is CSA Listed, CAS US Listed, and NSF Listed.
