The Vulcan 36" Electric Griddle is a countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need a wide, thermostatically controlled cooking surface. Restaurant owners and chefs can use it for breakfast items, sandwiches, and other griddle-cooked foods across three separate heating zones.

The cooking surface measures 36 inches wide by 24 inches deep, giving the chef a broad area for batch cooking. A 0.5 inch steel plate holds heat evenly, and two solid sheathed tubular Incoloy heating elements power the griddle. Three thermostatic controls let the operator set each of the three zones independently within a temperature range of 200°F to 450°F.

The griddle operates on 208 volts, 1 phase, 50/60 Hz, drawing 77.9 amperes and 16.2 kilowatts. The stainless steel body and silver finish suit a commercial kitchen environment, while the 4 inch stainless steel back splash and tapered side splashes help contain grease. Adjustable 4 inch legs allow the unit to sit level on a countertop. The griddle has a 1.5 gallon capacity and ships at 310 pounds.
