The Vulcan 36" Electric Griddle is a countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need a wide, thermostatically controlled cooking surface. With a 36 inch by 24 inch steel plate and three separate heating zones, it supports restaurant line cooking where different foods are prepared at the same time.

Three thermostatic controls manage the three heating zones independently, with a temperature range of 200°F to 450°F. Two solid sheathed tubular Incoloy heating elements distribute heat across the 0.5 inch thick steel plate. The unit runs on 240 volt, 3 phase power at 39 amps and 16.2 kilowatts, with a 50/60 hertz rating.

The stainless steel body and silver finish suit a commercial kitchen environment, and the 4 inch stainless steel back splash and tapered side splashes help contain grease and debris. Adjustable 4 inch legs allow the griddle to sit level on uneven countertops. The unit measures 36 inches wide, 31.5 inches deep, and 15.3 inches high, and ships at 310 pounds.
