Vulcan HEG24E 24" Electric Griddle, Thermostatic Controls, 1/2" Steel Plate, 208V 1-Phase

The Vulcan 24" Electric Griddle is a countertop cooking unit built for commercial kitchens that need a compact, high-output griddle for menu items such as eggs, pancakes, burgers, and sandwiches. Its 24-inch by 24-inch steel cooking surface gives restaurant and foodservice operators a defined work area without taking up a full range footprint.

This electric griddle runs on 208 volts at 50/60 hertz, single phase, and draws 51.9 amps while delivering 10.8 kilowatts of cooking power. Two solid sheathed tubular Incoloy heating elements feed two separate heating zones, and the thermostatic controls hold the plate between 200°F and 450°F. The 0.5-inch steel plate supports consistent heat transfer across the surface, and the stainless steel body with silver finish suits open or back-of-house lines.

The unit measures 24 inches wide, 31.5 inches deep, and 15.3 inches high, and it ships at 230 pounds. Four adjustable 4-inch legs let staff level the griddle on uneven countertops. A stainless steel 4-inch back splash and tapered side splashes contain grease and debris during service. The griddle holds 1.5 gallons (US) of capacity and is CSA Listed, CAS US Listed, and NSF Listed for commercial food handling. It includes a one Year Limited Parts and Labor Warranty by the manufacturer.
