The Vulcan 24" Electric Griddle is a countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need a compact, thermostatic cooking surface. It suits restaurants, cafes, diners, and food service operations where a dedicated griddle station handles pancakes, eggs, burgers, and other griddled items during service.

The cooking surface measures 24 inches wide by 24 inches deep, giving the chef a defined work area on the counter. The 0.5-inch steel plate holds heat across the surface, and two solid sheathed tubular Incoloy heating elements drive the cooking zones. Two controls manage two heating zones independently, so different items can cook at different settings at the same time.

The thermostatic control system holds temperatures from 200°F to 450°F, with 450°F as the maximum. The unit runs on 240 volts, 1 phase, 50/60 Hz, drawing 45 amps and producing 10.8 kilowatts. The stainless steel body and silver finish support routine cleaning in a food handling environment, and the 1.5 gallon capacity relates to the griddle plate area. A 4-inch stainless steel back splash and tapered side splashes contain grease and debris during cooking.
