Taylor Company L819 28" Gas Two Sided Grill (Gas Lower / Electric Upper)

The Taylor Company Two-Sided Grill is designed for restaurants, quick-service operations, and commercial kitchen cooking applications. Constructed from stainless steel with a silver finish, this floor model grill features a two-sided cooking design with independently controlled heating zones. The unit combines a gas lower heating system with an electric upper heating system.

The grill measures 28.19" (W) x 40.81" (D) x 55" (H) and features an adjustable height range from 55" to 60". The cooking area height can be adjusted from 29" to 34". The unit includes four casters for mobility and provides floor clearance ranging from 3 3/4" to 8 3/4".

This grill operates on 208 V, 60 Hz, single-phase power and uses 6 kW with a current draw of 27 amps. Microprocessor programmable controls are provided for operation, and four independent timers are included for flat grill cooking. The unit uses a NEMA 6-50P plug for electrical connection.

The heating system includes two independent gas infrared burners in the lower section and two independently controlled upper heating sources. Features include two independently controlled cooking zones and automatic gapping. The grill has a capacity of 38.2 cb3 and is NSF Certified, cULus Listed, and CE Certified.
