The Standard Range 24-inch electric griddle is a countertop unit suited for commercial kitchens in restaurants, diners, cafes, and food service operations that require consistent, high-volume flat-top cooking.

The griddle features a 1-inch thick steel plate with a 23.6-inch wide by 20.7-inch deep cooking surface, giving line cooks generous room for eggs, pancakes, burgers, and other high-demand items. Two thermostatic burners allow independent temperature zones, each adjustable from 150 degrees F to 450 degrees F, supporting a range of cooking needs across a single service shift. At 208/240V, single-phase power, the unit draws 28.88 to 33 amperes and delivers 6,000 to 8,000 watts of cooking power.

A cool-to-the-touch front stainless steel edge reduces accidental burns during busy service.
