The Prepline 16-inch electric griddle is a countertop unit designed for commercial kitchen use in restaurants, cafes, and food service operations that need a compact, reliable flat-top cooking surface.

The griddle features a 16" x 16" flat cooking surface made from polished steel with a 1/2-inch plate thickness, which supports even heat retention across the cooking area. A thermostatic temperature control system allows kitchen staff to set and maintain consistent cooking temperatures, supported by an internal heating element running at 1,750 watts and 120 volts on a single-phase, 60 Hz circuit via a NEMA 5-15P plug drawing 14.6 amperes.

Built from stainless steel throughout, the unit stands on four adjustable 4-inch stainless steel legs, bringing the overall unit dimensions to 15.75" (L) x 19.44" (D) x 15.38" (H) and a weight of 54 pounds. Side and rear splash guards help contain grease splatter during service, and a 1-liter removable drip tray channels grease away from the cooking surface for easier cleanup between shifts.
