The Pegasus Electric Griddle with thermostatic controls is designed for commercial kitchen grilling applications requiring a 36-inch wide cooking surface. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior in silver, it measures 36" (W) x 34.85" (D) x 17.24" (H). The unit includes heavy duty adjustable 4-inch legs for stable installation and is proudly made in America.This electric griddle operates at 12 kW with 208 V, 60 Hz power. It draws 33.5 amps in 3 phase and 58 amps in 1 phase and is field convertible to 1 phase. The unit features 3 separate heating zones, with each 12-inch section controlled separately using thermostatic controls. The temperature range operates from 150°F to 500°F.The cooking surface depth measures 24 inches and includes a 3/4-inch thick polished steel plate. Even heat distribution with quick recovery supports continuous grilling in restaurant operations. A 3.25-inch wide removable front grease trough and a grease tray measuring 5" (W) x 20" (D) inches assist with grease management.This electric griddle is certified CE, ETL Sanitation Listed, and cETLus Listed for commercial kitchen standards.
