Garland ED-36G 36" Electric Griddle, Thermostatic Controls, 1/2" Steel Plate, 208V 3-Phase

The Garland 36" Electric Griddle is a free standing commercial griddle built for restaurant and commercial kitchen use. Its teppanyaki design and polished steel cooking surface support high-volume griddle cooking, from breakfast items to lunch and dinner service.

The cooking surface measures 35 5/8 inches wide by 18 inches deep, giving the chef a broad, flat area for batch cooking. The 1/2 inch thick polished steel plate holds heat evenly, and the thermostat control reaches a maximum temperature of 450 degrees Fahrenheit. A 2-5/8 inch welded splash guard on the sides and rear of the plate helps contain grease and debris during service.

This electric griddle operates on 208 volts, 60 hertz, and 3 phase power. The stainless steel body and 4 inch stainless steel legs provide a stable, free standing installation. The unit ships at 175 pounds and is sold as 1 each. It includes a one-Year limited parts & labor warranty (USA & Canada only) by the manufacturer.

The Garland electric griddle carries CE Certification, NSF Certification, and cCSAus Listing. Its silver stainless steel finish and less flange design suit commercial kitchen lines where a dedicated griddle station is needed.
