The griddle draws 9,000 watts at 208/240 volts on a 3-phase, 25-amp hardwire connection and reaches a maximum temperature of 450 degrees Fahrenheit, with a working range from 150 degrees Fahrenheit to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
