The Prepline reversible dough sheeter is a countertop unit designed for commercial kitchens, bakeries, and restaurants that require consistent, repeatable dough preparation at volume. With a 17.75-inch wide roller and adjustable thickness from 1 to 40mm, it accommodates a broad range of dough types and finished product sizes.

Built from stainless steel throughout, the unit weighs 265 lb and measures 69.3 inches wide by 33.15 inches deep by 23.8 inches high when set up. Foldable tables fold away for more compact storage when the sheeter is not in use, making it practical for kitchens where floor space is managed carefully.
