The BakeMax deck oven is a floor-model electric deck oven designed for bakeries, restaurants, and foodservice operators managing batch baking in commercial kitchens. Its double-deck configuration supports parallel baking workflows where consistent temperature control is required.
This oven features two decks with digital controls, digital temperature control, and 99-minute digital timers for monitored baking cycles. LED displays, LED indicators, and sensitive K-type thermocouple sensors support temperature visibility during food preparation.
Constructed from stainless steel with a silver finish, the oven includes adjustable doors, large tempered glass windows, and interior lighting for viewing baked items during operation. The baking chambers measure 38.1" (W) x 31" (D) x 7" (H) and accommodate four full-size sheet pans measuring 18 x 26 inches.
The oven measures 55.5" (W) x 42.5" (D) x 69.3" (H) and operates on 220 V, 60 Hz, 3-phase electric power at 12 kW and 42 amps.
