The BakeMax deck oven is a floor-model electric deck oven designed for bakeries, restaurants, and foodservice operators handling batch baking in commercial kitchens. Its two-deck configuration supports organized baking workflows where multiple items are prepared at the same time.
This oven features two decks with digital controls, digital temperature control, and 99-minute digital timers for monitored baking cycles. LED displays, LED indicators, and sensitive K-type thermocouple sensors support temperature visibility during food preparation.
Constructed from stainless steel with a silver finish, the oven includes adjustable doors, large tempered glass windows, and interior lighting for viewing baked items during operation. The baking chambers measure 30" (W) x 21" (D) x 7" (H) and accommodate two full-size sheet pans measuring 18 x 26 inches.
The oven measures 34.5" (L) x 47" (W) x 69.3" (H) and operates on 220 V, 60 Hz, 3-phase electric power at 8 kW and 24 amps.
