Vulcan VHP636U 36" Heavy-Duty Gas Hotplate, 4" Elevated Rear Step-Up Burners, Natural Gas

The Vulcan VHP Series 36" countertop gas hotplate is a commercial kitchen appliance built for restaurants that need concentrated burner power in a compact footprint. With six open burners and a stainless steel body, it fits on a countertop and supports high-volume food preparation.

Each of the six cast iron open burners delivers 30,000 BTU/hr, for a total output of 180,000 BTU. The lift-off burner heads and pull-out crumb tray simplify cleaning between service periods. A 4" elevated rear step-up burner section and backsplash help contain splatter and keep the cooking zone organized.

The unit operates on natural gas with a standing pilot ignition and a 3/4" NPT gas connection. Inlet gas pressure is NG 5" W.C. Manual controls give the chef direct adjustment at the burner. Four adjustable legs, each 4 inches, level the hotplate on uneven counter surfaces. The silver stainless steel finish and cast iron grates are suited to daily commercial use.

This hotplate is CSA Certified and NSF Certified. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer. The selling unit is 1/Each. Product dimensions are 31.37" (L) x 36" (W) x 16.62" (H).
