Vulcan VHP636 36" Heavy-Duty Gas Hotplate, 6 Burners, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan VHP Series 36" Countertop Gas Hotplate is a commercial gas range built for restaurant and commercial kitchen use. With six open burners and a stainless steel body, it fits operations that need concentrated cooking power in a compact footprint.

Each of the six cast iron open burners delivers 27,500 BTU/hr, for a total output of 165,000 BTU. The open burner style and cast iron grates support direct contact with pots and pans, while lift-off burner heads simplify daily cleaning. A backsplash helps contain splatter, and a pull-out crumb tray collects debris below the cooking surface.

The unit measures 36" wide, 31.37" deep, and 16.62" high, and it sits on four adjustable legs with a 4-inch size. Gas connection is 3/4" NPT for liquid propane, with an inlet gas pressure of LP 10" W.C. and a standing pilot ignition. Manual controls give the operator direct adjustment of each burner. The hotplate is CSA Certified and NSF Certified, ships as 1 per each, and has a shipping weight of 265 pounds. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
