Vulcan VHP424U 24" Heavy-Duty Gas Hotplate, 4" Elevated Rear Step-Up Burners, Natural Gas

The Vulcan VHP Series 24" countertop gas hotplate is a commercial kitchen appliance built for restaurants, cafes, and food service operations that need concentrated stovetop power in a compact footprint. With four open burners and a stainless steel body, it fits on a countertop and supports menu items that require direct flame control.

Each of the four cast iron open burners delivers 30,000 BTU/hr, for a total output of 120,000 BTU. The lift-off burner heads and pull-out crumb tray simplify daily cleaning, while the 4" elevated rear step-up burners and backsplash help contain splatter and heat at the rear of the unit. Manual controls give the chef direct adjustment over flame intensity.

The hotplate measures 24" wide, 31.37" deep, and 16.62" high, and it stands on four adjustable legs with cast iron grates. It connects to natural gas with a 3/4" NPT gas connection and a standing pilot ignition, and it operates at an inlet gas pressure of NG 5" W.C. The unit is CSA Certified and NSF Certified for commercial food handling environments. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.

This countertop hotplate is sold as 1/Each and is designed for countertop installation in commercial kitchens. The silver stainless steel finish and cast iron grates support regular use in restaurant and food service settings.
