Vulcan VHP424U 24" Heavy-Duty Gas Hotplate, 4" Elevated Rear Step-Up Burners, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan VHP Series 24" Countertop Gas Hotplate is a commercial gas range built for restaurant and commercial kitchen use. With four open burners and a stainless steel body, it fits on a countertop and supports high-volume cooking in a compact footprint.

Each of the four cast iron open burners delivers 27,500 BTU/hr, for a total output of 110,000 BTU. The lift-off burner heads and pull-out crumb tray support routine cleaning, while the cast iron grates hold pans steady during service. A 4" elevated rear step-up burner section and backsplash help contain heat and splatter at the back of the unit.

The hotplate measures 24" wide, 31.37" deep, and 16.62" high, and it stands on four adjustable legs (4 inch) for level placement on uneven counters. It connects to a 3/4" NPT gas line and runs on liquid propane at 10" W.C. inlet pressure. Ignition is by standing pilot, and controls are manual. The unit is CSA Certified and NSF Certified.
