Vulcan VHP424 24" Heavy-Duty Gas Hotplate, 4 Burners, Natural Gas

The Vulcan VHP Series 24 inch countertop gas hotplate is a commercial kitchen appliance built for restaurants, cafes, and food service operations that need concentrated burner power in a compact footprint. This hotplate is designed for countertop installation, making it suitable for line cooking, prep stations, and satellite cooking areas where space is limited.

This unit has four open burners made of cast iron, each rated at 30,000 BTU/hr, for a total output of 120,000 BTU. The cast iron grates match the burner material for durability under daily use. A standing pilot ignition system lights the burners, and manual controls let the chef adjust heat directly. The hotplate operates on natural gas with a 3/4 inch NPT gas connection and an inlet gas pressure of NG 5 inches W.C.

The body is stainless steel in a silver finish, with a backsplash to contain splatter and a pull-out crumb tray for cleanup. Burner heads lift off for access during cleaning. The unit sits on four adjustable legs, each 4 inches, so the height can be leveled on uneven countertops. It measures 24 inches wide, 31.37 inches deep, and 16.62 inches high, and ships at 165 pounds.

This hotplate is CSA Certified and NSF Certified. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer. The selling unit is 1 per each.
