Vulcan VHP424 24" Heavy-Duty Gas Hotplate, 4 Burners, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan VHP Series 24" Countertop Gas Hotplate is a commercial gas range built for restaurant kitchens that need concentrated cooking power in a compact footprint. With four open burners and a stainless steel body, it suits line cooking, saute stations, and prep areas where counter space is limited.

Each of the four cast iron open burners delivers 27,500 BTU/hr, for a total output of 110,000 BTU across the unit. The lift-off burner heads and pull-out crumb tray support routine cleaning between services, while the cast iron grates hold pans steady during busy periods. A backsplash helps contain splatter at the rear of the cooktop.

The hotplate measures 24 inches wide, 31.37 inches deep, and 16.62 inches high, and it sits on four adjustable legs with 4-inch feet that level the unit on uneven counters. It connects to liquid propane through a 3/4 inch NPT gas connection and operates at an inlet pressure of LP 10 inch W.C. Ignition is by standing pilot, and control is manual for direct heat adjustment.

This countertop hotplate is CSA Certified and NSF Certified, and it ships at 165 pounds as one unit. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
