Vulcan VHP212U 12" Heavy-Duty Gas Hotplate, 4" Elevated Rear Step-Up Burners, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan VHP Series 12" countertop gas hotplate is a commercial kitchen appliance built for restaurants, cafes, and food service operations that need focused high-output cooking in a compact footprint. With two open burners and a total output of 55,000 BTU, it supports fast searing, sauteing, and holding on a countertop line.

Each of the two burners delivers 27,500 BTU/hr and uses a cast iron open burner design with lift-off burner heads for straightforward cleaning. The standing pilot ignition and manual control type keep operation simple, while the 4" elevated rear step-up burners and backsplash help contain heat and splatter at the rear of the unit.

The stainless steel body in silver finish measures 12" wide, 31.37" deep, and 16.62" high, and it sits on four adjustable legs with a 4-inch leg size. Gas connection is 3/4" NPT for liquid propane, with an inlet gas pressure of LP 10" W.C. A pull-out crumb tray and cast iron grates support daily food handling and cleanup.

This unit is CSA Certified and NSF Certified and ships as 1 each. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
