Vulcan VHP212 12" Heavy-Duty Gas Hotplate, 2 Burners, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan VHP Series 12" Countertop Gas Hotplate is a commercial gas range built for restaurant and commercial kitchen use. With a 12 inch width and a 31.37 inch depth, it fits on a countertop and provides two open burners for cooking tasks that need direct flame control.

Each of the two cast iron open burners delivers 27,500 BTU/hr, for a total of 55,000 BTU across the unit. The lift-off burner heads and pull-out crumb tray support routine cleaning, while the cast iron grates hold pans steady during service. A backsplash sits at the rear of the unit, and the stainless steel body has a silver finish.

The hotplate runs on liquid propane with a standing pilot ignition and a 3/4 inch NPT gas connection. Inlet gas pressure is LP 10 inch W.C. Manual controls let the operator adjust the flame at the burner. Four adjustable legs, each 4 inches, keep the unit level on the counter, and the shipping weight is 95 pounds.
