The Vulcan 36" Countertop Gas Hotplate is a commercial kitchen appliance built for restaurant lines that need concentrated open burner heat in a compact footprint. This hotplate measures 36" wide, 15.25" deep, and 12.5" high, and it ships at 90 pounds. The stainless steel body has a silver finish, and it stands on four adjustable legs that measure 4 inches. A crumb tray sits below the burners to collect debris during service.

Four open cast iron burners each deliver 20,000 BTU/hr, for a total output of 80,000 BTU. The unit runs on natural gas with a 3/4" NPT gas connection and an inlet gas pressure of NG 4" W.C. A standing pilot ignition lights the burners, and manual controls let the chef adjust each burner directly.
