The hotplate measures 24 inches wide, 29.3 inches deep, and 13.3 inches high, and it stands on four adjustable legs sized at 4 inches. It operates on natural gas or liquid propane, with a 3/4" NPT gas connection and a standing pilot ignition system. Inlet gas pressure is rated at NG 4" W.C. and LP 10" W.C., and an LP conversion kit is included. Manual controls give the chef direct adjustment at the burner.
