With two open burners rated at 20,000 BTU/hr each for a total of 40,000 BTU, it suits restaurant lines, cafes, and catering operations where counter space is limited but cooking demand is steady.

The unit measures 24" wide, 15.25" deep, and 12.5" high, and it sits on four adjustable legs with a 4-inch size so the cooktop can be leveled on uneven counters. The stainless steel body in silver resists daily wear, while the cast iron open burners and cast iron grate hold up to frequent use. Lift-off burner heads and a removable top grate support simplify cleaning, and a crumb tray catches debris during service.

This hotplate runs on natural gas with a 3/4" NPT gas connection and an inlet gas pressure of NG 4" W.C. A standing pilot ignition and manual controls keep operation straightforward for chefs and line cooks. The unit is CSA Certified and NSF Certified, and it ships at 60 pounds as one unit per each.
