The Vulcan Core Series 12" countertop gas hotplate is a two-burner commercial range built for restaurant kitchens that need concentrated cooking power in a compact footprint. With a 12-inch width and 29.3-inch depth, it fits on a countertop line where space is limited but output still matters.

Each of the two open burners delivers 25,000 BTU/hr for a total of 50,000 BTU, and the cast iron burner heads and cast iron grates hold up to daily food handling. Lift-off burner heads allow the cook to remove and clean them without tools, while the crumb tray collects debris below the cooking surface.

The stainless steel body has a silver finish, manual controls, and a standing pilot ignition. The unit ships with a 3/4" NPT gas connection and operates on natural gas or liquid propane, and an LP conversion kit is included. Adjustable legs, four in total at 4 inches, keep the hotplate level on the counter.
