The Serv-Ware SHPS-12-SA Gas Countertop Hotplate is designed for restaurants, cafeterias, food stalls, and commercial kitchen cooking stations. It features a stainless steel construction with a compact countertop design and adjustable chromed carbon steel legs. The unit operates using natural gas or liquid propane fuel supply.The hotplate includes 2 burners with a total output of 50,000 BTU. Each burner is built with cast iron burner material and open burner configuration, suitable for commercial kitchen cooking applications. The unit supports manual control through chrome plated injected aluminum knobs.The cooking surface measures 12" x 12" per section, supporting compact cooking tasks in limited kitchen space. It includes a removable stainless steel crumb and drip pan for collection of residue during cooking operations. The hotplate is built with stainless steel material for durability in food service environments.The Serv-Ware Hotplate measures 12" (L) x 30.52" (W) x 16.84" (H) and operates with adjustable chromed carbon steel legs for placement flexibility.
