The ProKitchen Series Gas Hotplate is designed for restaurants, cafés, and commercial kitchen cooking stations. Constructed from stainless steel with a silver finish, this countertop unit features two octagon burners and a welded frame design. The hotplate includes cast iron grates and cast iron burners for cooking applications in foodservice environments.The hotplate measures 11.9" (L) x 30" (D) x 13.4" (H). Each burner is equipped with a 12" x 12" cast iron grate, providing support for cookware. The unit includes a full-width crumb tray and a pull-out tray to assist with routine cleaning. Four adjustable heavy-duty legs are included for countertop placement.This natural gas hotplate delivers a total of 50,000 BTU through two burners rated at 25,000 BTU each. Manual controls with durable brass control valves are used for operation. Cool-to-touch fiberglass nylon knobs are fitted on the front panel. The unit also features a stainless steel standby pilot and a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection.The hotplate includes a gas regulator and features convertible gas capability. The gas inlet size is 3/4". It is cETLus Listed, ETL Sanitation Listed, and conforms to NSF standards for commercial kitchen applications. The unit includes a 1-year parts and labor warranty by the manufacturer.
