The Platinum Flame Series Gas Stove is a countertop gas stove designed for chefs and operators in commercial kitchens, hotel restaurants, food trucks, and outdoor festival setups. It is suitable for general stovetop cooking applications in high-volume foodservice environments.

This stove operates on gas power and supports both Natural Gas and Liquid Propane for flexible installation across different commercial kitchen setups. It features four octagon-shaped cast iron burners, each rated at 25,000 BTU/hr, providing a total output of 100,000 BTU/hr for consistent heat distribution during cooking.

The stove includes 12 x 12 in cast iron grates that support stable cookware placement. A detachable plate and crumb tray at the bottom facilitate cleaning and food handling maintenance. Independent burner controls with zinc alloy knobs and chrome coating allow precise adjustment of each burner during service.

The unit is constructed from stainless steel and galvanized steel with a silver finish and sits on adjustable stainless steel heavy-duty legs for stable countertop placement.
