The Garland 35 7/16 inch countertop gas hot plate is a heavy duty cooking unit built for commercial kitchens that need concentrated burner power in a compact footprint. With six Starfire Pro two-piece gas burners and a step-up style, it suits restaurant lines, catering operations, and food service sites where counter space is limited but output demand is high.

Each of the six burners delivers 30,000 BTU for a total of 180,000 BTU, and the individually adjustable valve controls let a chef manage heat across the cooking surface. The burners are star shaped and sit beneath cast iron grates, while a crumb tray below the cooking area collects debris during service. The unit connects to natural gas through a 3/4 inch NPT gas connection, and a gas regulator with a T gas manifold connection is included.

The body is stainless steel in a silver finish, and the unit stands on four stainless steel adjustable legs measuring 4 inches. It measures 35 7/16 inches wide, 32 inches deep, and 19 13/16 inches high, and it is designed for countertop installation.
