The Garland 47 1/4 inch countertop gas range is a heavy duty gas hot plate built for commercial kitchens that need high-output cooking in a compact footprint. With eight open top burners and a total output of 240,000 BTU, it suits restaurants, hotels, and catering operations where multiple pans run at once.

Each of the eight octagonal burners delivers 30,000 BTU and is controlled by an individually adjustable valve, so a chef can hold different heat levels across the cooking surface. The open top design and cast iron grates support direct pan contact, and the pilots are protected from spills to reduce interruptions during service.

The unit runs on liquid propane and connects through a 3/4 inch NPT gas connection. A gas regulator with a T gas manifold connection is included, and the countertop installation type allows the range to sit on an existing work surface. Stainless steel construction in a silver finish, four stainless steel adjustable legs measuring 4 inches, and a crumb tray support daily food handling and cleanup.
