The Dukers 48" Countertop Gas Hot Plate is a commercial gas range built for restaurant kitchens that need high-output cooking in a compact footprint. With eight lift-off cast iron burners and a stainless steel body, it suits food trucks, cafes, and catering operations where counter space is limited but production demand is steady.

Each burner delivers 28,000 BTU for a total output of 224,000 BTU, and the manual controls give the chef direct adjustment across the 47.80 in wide by 23.62 in deep cooking area. The unit ships ready for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit, with a 3/4" NPT gas connection and nozzle sizes of 40# for NG and #52 for LP.
