Running on natural gas with a 3/4-inch gas connection, it delivers 150,000 BTU total output across six burners, each rated at 25,000 BTU individually.

Each burner features an octagonal cast iron design set on 12-inch by 12-inch cast iron grates, providing a stable, heat-retaining surface for large cookware used in busy line cooking. The standby stainless steel pilot protection system keeps each burner ready for immediate ignition during service without manual relighting. Manual controls with fiberglass nylon knobs give the chef direct, straightforward management of each burner independently.

Constructed from stainless steel, the unit measures 35.4 inches (L) x 30 inches (D) x 13.4 inches (H) and weighs 183 pounds, making it a substantial countertop installation suited to prep counters and heavy-duty worktables.
