Cookline 24" Gas Hotplate with 4 Burners, 100,000 BTU - Convertible

The Cookline countertop gas range is a 4-burner natural gas hot plate designed for commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food service operations that need high-output cooking in a compact footprint.

Each of the four octagon-shaped cast iron burners delivers 25,000 BTU, for a combined total output of 100,000 BTU. The cast iron grates measure 12" x 12" each, providing a stable cooking surface for heavy cookware. A standby pilot protection system monitors each burner, and manual knobs made from fiberglass nylon give operators straightforward, direct control over flame intensity.

The unit is constructed from stainless steel and measures 23.6" (L) x 30" (D) x 13.4" (H), making it suitable for placement on most commercial prep counters. It connects to a natural gas supply via a 3/4" gas connection, and a gas regulator is included with every unit. Four adjustable heavy-duty legs allow for leveling on uneven surfaces, and a pull-out tray simplifies cleaning of drip residue beneath the burners.

The Cookline countertop gas range is ETL certified for the US and Canada, ETL Sanitation certified, and conforms to NSF standards. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
