The Cookline 2-Burner Countertop Gas Range is a compact gas hot plate designed for commercial kitchens, food trucks, catering operations, and restaurants that need reliable high-output cooking on a limited footprint.

Each of the two octagon-shaped cast iron burners delivers 25,000 BTU, for a combined total of 50,000 BTU, giving chefs strong, consistent heat output for sauteing, boiling, and simmering. The burners sit on 12" x 12" cast iron grates and are controlled by cool-to-touch fiberglass nylon knobs through a manual control system. Durable brass control valves regulate gas flow with precision, and a stainless steel standby pilot provides reliable ignition protection during service.

Built from stainless steel in a silver finish, this countertop unit measures 11.9" (L) x 30" (D) x 13.4" (H) and weighs 71 lb, making it manageable for countertop placement in tight kitchen spaces. It connects to a natural gas supply via a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection and ships with a gas regulator included. The unit is also convertible to other gas types when needed. A full-width crumb tray below the burners simplifies cleaning, and four adjustable heavy-duty legs keep the unit stable on uneven surfaces.

This gas range is cETLus Listed, ETL Sanitation Listed, and conforms to NSF Standards, meeting common commercial kitchen compliance requirements. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
