The Cadco CDR-1T Hot Plate is a compact and efficient double-burner electric unit designed for countertop use in commercial kitchens or mobile setups. Constructed from stainless steel with a silver finish, it features two 6-inch coil burners, each delivering 825 watts, totaling 1650 watts of heating power on a 120V, 1-phase connection using 13.8 amps.
Each burner is independently controlled with infinite control knobs, providing precise temperature adjustment. Heat signal lights let you know when each burner is active for safe operation. It is ideal for handling medium cookware during food prep or service.
