The Cookline 2-Burner Countertop Hot Plate is a compact electric cooking unit suited for commercial kitchens, catering operations, and food service environments that need supplemental or standalone burner capacity without a full range installation.

The unit features two French-style element burner plates, each with its own infinite control knob, allowing the chef to set precise, continuous heat levels independently on each burner. The maximum temperature reaches 800°F, and the combined output is 5,200 watts at 220V, 60Hz, single-phase power on a standard NEMA 5-15P plug. The stainless steel housing is built to withstand the demands of a commercial kitchen environment.

The sealed burner design prevents food and liquid spillage from reaching internal components, and the cool-to-touch knobs allow safe adjustments during service.
