ChefPro Series 18" Countertop Convection Oven, Quarter Size, 120V

The ChefPro Series countertop convection oven is designed for cafés, snack stations, and commercial kitchen countertop baking applications. It is constructed from stainless steel with a silver finish and measures 18.75" (L) x 18" (W) x 15" (H). The unit features a quarter-size design with a single chamber and standard depth oven configuration.

This electric convection oven provides 0.8 cb3 interior capacity and holds up to (3) 1/4 size sheet pans on 3 racks. Interior dimensions measure 14" (W) x 11.5" (D) x 8.5" (H). The oven includes 1 15/16-inch shelf spacing and a cool-touch dual pane glass door with bottom hinge access.

The unit operates on 120 V, 1 phase, 60 Hz with 1440 W and 12 A. It features dial controls, a built-in 120-minute audible timer, and a temperature range of 150°F to 500°F with a maximum temperature of 500°F. A 5.91 ft power cord with NEMA 5-15P plug is included.

This countertop convection oven is ETL listed and CE certified for commercial kitchen use. It includes a 6-month limited warranty by the manufacturer.
