Product Overview
The Cadco XAFT-04HS-TD Convection Oven is a powerful, heavy-duty electric countertop oven crafted for high-performance commercial use. Made from stainless steel with a silver finish, it operates on 208/240V, draws 16 amps, and delivers 3800 watts of heating power on a 1-phase connection. The interior has a 2.1 cubic feet baking chamber, illuminated by LED lights, and includes 4 wire shelves spaced 2.625 inches apart.
With a wide temperature range of 175°F to 500°F, the oven features a digital programmable control system and supports 3 baking steps with a 10-hour timer. Its advanced airflow design, along with 1 fan and 3 fan speeds, ensures even heat distribution for consistent results. Flash and beep alerts notify you when the cooking cycle is complete.
Chamber dimensions are 19.25" W x 14" D x 13.25" H, ideal for half-size pans. The oven also features a cool-touch double-wall glass door, heavy-duty door and hinges, and a responsive Touch Control Panel on the side. Product dimensions are 23.62" W x 29" D x 19.62" H, and it uses a NEMA 6-20P plug. The unit is NSF Listed, cMETus Listed, and Energy Star certified for safety and energy efficiency.
