The Prepline double deck cook and hold oven is a half-height cabinet unit designed for commercial kitchens, restaurants, catering operations, and institutional foodservice environments that need reliable low-and-slow cooking alongside holding capabilities in a single piece of equipment.

This electric oven operates on 208/240V single-phase power, drawing 12.5 amperes at 6,000 watts, and connects via a NEMA 6-30P plug on a 6-foot power cord. The temperature range spans 50°F to 300°F with manual temperature control, and a 12-hour timer gives kitchen staff straightforward session management. The oven automatically converts from cook mode to hold mode, keeping food at safe serving temperatures without requiring a staff member to intervene at the end of a cook cycle.

Each deck of the double deck configuration features an interior measuring 25" (L) x 26.5" (D) x 23" (H), with a combined pan capacity of eight 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or thirty-two 12" x 20" food pans across both decks.
