The Middleby Marshall WOW! Series single-deck conveyor oven is a floor-model natural gas unit designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, pizzerias, and restaurants that need consistent, repeatable baking results across a full shift.

The oven features a 26-inch belt width and a 38-inch cooking area length, accommodating pizzas up to 26 inches in diameter. A pass-through loading design allows staff to load from one side and retrieve finished items from the other, supporting a continuous production flow. The 65.25-inch belt length moves product through a single baking chamber at cook times adjustable between 1 and 12 minutes.

Temperature is adjustable from 325°F to 600°F and is managed through a touch-screen control and display, giving kitchen staff precise adjustments without interrupting service. The unit runs on natural gas at 89,000 BTU, draws 10 amperes at 208/240V single-phase, and is rated at 22,000 watts. A NEMA L6-20P plug type is used for the electrical connection. Energy management features are built in, and the cool-touch exterior reduces surface heat on the kitchen floor. The stainless steel, silver-finish cabinet measures 65.25 inches (L) x 46.25 inches (D) x 19.77 inches (H). Casters are included but not pre-installed, and the unit ships on four legs.
