The Middleby Marshall WOW! The oven operates on a temperature range of 325°F to 600°F, with cook times adjustable between 0.5 and 13 minutes to suit a wide variety of menu items. The 65.25-inch belt length includes a 38-inch cooking area length, giving kitchen staff consistent, hands-free throughput from one end of the pass-through loading chamber to the other. Control is handled through a touch screen display covering temperature control, cook time, and settings management.
