The oven operates on natural gas with a 40,000 BTU output and a temperature range of 200°F to 600°F, giving kitchen teams broad flexibility for baking, finishing, and high-heat cooking. Digital controls and a digital display allow precise temperature and cook time adjustments, with cook times settable between 0.5 and 12.5 minutes to accommodate different menu items and crust styles.

A reversible conveyor direction feature allows operators to run product from either side of the oven, supporting flexible kitchen layouts. The single-chamber, single-speed belt design streamlines operation, and the 12-inch extension tray aids product handling at the oven exit. At 53.82 inches long, 37.46 inches deep, and 17.12 inches tall, the unit fits on a standard prep counter, with optional casters available for repositioning.
